At Toolstopia, we do everything possible to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Our strict quality checks guarantee that the products delivered to you are authentic and of the highest standard.

Delivery & Product Check

Upon delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that the product received is correct, complete, and in good condition.

Eligible for Replacement or Return

We will replace or accept a return only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is defective.

  • The product received is not the one you ordered.

Conditions for Return & Exchange

If you are not satisfied for the above reasons, you may return the product for an exchange provided that:

  • Items are returned within 48 hours of purchase.

  • Items are in their original packaging, untampered, and unused.

  • A valid original receipt (included in your package) is provided.

If these conditions are not met, we will be unable to process your exchange.

Returns Not Accepted

We cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • You change your mind about the product.

  • You purchased the item by mistake.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please:

All approved replacements will be processed within 24 hours of receiving your request.

Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of its approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your preferred payment method within the legally established timelines.

Additional Return Conditions

If returning a product of good quality (non-defective), you may terminate the purchase contract within 7 days provided that:

  • The product and all components are in their original state.

  • The package includes the full equipment, receipt, and warranty card.

  • The item has not been damaged due to misuse.
